Clear Hear Solutions was recommend to me by friends as they had had excellent service from Helen and her team. I was impressed by the professionalism of both. Procedures were explained and carried out carefully. I didn't have any wax causing hearing loss so I was invited to take a sound test from which I was given a graph. Helen described the outcome of the test and suggested ways forward. I have made an appointment to have a more detailed hearing test with Clear Hear Solutions in January.

I very recently visited Clear Hear Solutions to be fitted with new top-of-the-range hearing aids after having had a previous hearing test. I was offered the top Starkey aids with OVER a £1000 discount (this is a limited time discount). I have had the aids for a couple of days and am delighted with them.I have had aids for over 20 years and have had considerable experience with audiologists N.H.S and private both in the U.K. and also in France where I lived for 6 years.I can truly say that I have never been treated as well as I have been by Helen & Kevin.

I booked in last week to have my ears sorted both ears extremely blocked sorted out one ear on the day the other had to be sorted a few days later, I was so happy with the service I received talked me through absolutely everything and reassured me finally a sigh of relief as I can hear again

Walked in after discovering that the doctor no longer syringe your ears - and didn’t no Clear Hear Solutions existed-got an appointment straight away after calling in on the offf chance, and was dealt with with care and compassion with everything that was going on explained in detail. I booked online in the evening for an appointment the next morning. Nowhere else Ive tried has that kind of availability.They were there for me even though I was half an hour late!An examination found my ears to be wax free, and I was then given clear and in depth advice on what further steps to take.
