Clear Hear Solutions is an exceptional establishment that delivers outstanding service. The staff here are not only lovely but also incredibly professional and friendly. During my visit for ear wax removal, their expertise and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable and at ease. Their attention to detail and customer care are unparalleled. I am definitely planning to return due to the fantastic experience they provided.

My Mum required further wax removal today.
Yet again Helen came up trumps, taking her time to help Mum relax to be able to perform this sensitive procedure. Thank you Helen for taking your time to look after Mum, it means alot.
My mum had her ears micro-suctioned today.
She was nervous as her ears are sensitive and was concerned the procedure would hurt her.
Helen was brilliant, she explained every stage and put mum at ease. If mum flinched she would stop until mum was ready to go again.
It was a very positive experience for mum and I can only thank Helen for her time and patience, and caring nature.

Amazing service I had today very friendly nice people , , had some stubborn wax that would not budge , but they didn’t give up and got it out . Would highly recommended !

I booked in last week to have my ears sorted both ears extremely blocked sorted out one ear on the day the other had to be sorted a few days later, I was so happy with the service I received talked me through absolutely everything and reassured me finally a sigh of relief as I can hear again

Along with the advice that’ many people probably won’t notice you are wearing them’! So very true! I tested it out with my daughter, have had them almost a year now and my daughter still hasn’t noticed them!

Friendly and professional, fast effective treatment and was given good advice

Very easy process from start (booking the appointment) to finish (treatment). The team were really pleasant and professional. Helen took time to explain what she was doing and also why you shouldn't use cotton buds (mine have gone in the bin). I was in the chair for less than 10 min and my problematic ear feels a lot clearer. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend clear Hear Solutions. I had wax removal carried out in both ears and it was very quick easy process and completely painless. Email correspondence was also very good.

I am a local GP and was recently suffering with some acute hearing loss. As I only have one functioning ear this was causing me some concern. I was able to organise a same day audiometry exam and was given some very useful advice. Same day hearing back! Very professional service. Many thanks again from a very grateful customer.
