Just had a 1 pm appointment. They were able to see me same day as I only called this morning. I arrive at 12.50 and was all done by 1pm. Such fast service, I can't recommend enough!

I visited Clear Hear Solutions due to blocked ears - a result of Covid. It was so easy to book online and the response was quick.Helen explained everything that was going to happen which was reassuring. The whole procedure took 20 minutes and I could feel immediately a difference with my ears, and more importantly, no pain, no blockage and no muffled hearing. I had earwax removed today. The team were friendly and very thorough. It's wonderful to hear clearly again, after a gradual decline and recent sudden deafness in one ear. The procedure was gentle and so very effective. Thank you.

Excellent experience. Great to finally find someone who actually seems to know what they're talking about. I will certainly go back and I can highly recommend them.

Very efficient service and staff were professional and friendly. One issue though is that I would rather not have seen the wax in the drum that contained everyone else’s wax that the machine had extracted. Please hide it away or cover up as it made me feel squeamish.

My ears were both blocked with a fair amount of wax, Helen calmly removed it all and informed me every step, very pleased with my experience
