Very efficient service and staff were professional and friendly. One issue though is that I would rather not have seen the wax in the drum that contained everyone else’s wax that the machine had extracted. Please hide it away or cover up as it made me feel squeamish.

I was given treatment at these premises where I was made to feel at ease throughout the procedure that cleared the build up of wax in my ears . The procedure was painless and I was constantly asked if I had any pain during the procedure and was kept informed of everything that was going on. I was given advice on what I should do to keep my ears clear of wax

OMG. Don't even bother with the Doctors anymore. This will be the best £50 you've ever spent. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Absolutely painless, quick and simple. No messy water dripping all over you. Helen was brilliant and talked me though the whole process. In and out in no time and with squeaky clean ears.

Helen fitted my teenage son in for a microsuction appointment at short notice (next day) which relieved his discomfort wonderfully where other potential providers in the area were reluctant to assist a teenager even though in great discomfort. Visited with my teenage son. Parked easily, welcomed in to the premises and he had a pleasant consultation with Helen. His ear had spontaneously shed the wax plug before the appointment but Helen checked him over anyway, gave advice and then sent us away without any charge because he is under 18. Thank you very much, we will definitely return if/when we need to.
