Superb visit. The gentleman I saw made me feel at ease ,very easy to talk to .I was given first class care ,plenty of time with helpful explanations both verbal & with diagrams which help so much .I have see Helen before & she was excellent removing ear wax so easily .
We first went to Clear Hear Solutions with my 92 year old father in law they were so accommodating kind & caring improving his hearing &way of life so much .Highly recommend them both .

I booked online in the evening for an appointment the next morning. Nowhere else Ive tried has that kind of availability.They were there for me even though I was half an hour late!An examination found my ears to be wax free, and I was then given clear and in depth advice on what further steps to take.

I very recently visited Clear Hear Solutions to be fitted with new top-of-the-range hearing aids after having had a previous hearing test. I was offered the top Starkey aids with OVER a £1000 discount (this is a limited time discount). I have had the aids for a couple of days and am delighted with them.I have had aids for over 20 years and have had considerable experience with audiologists N.H.S and private both in the U.K. and also in France where I lived for 6 years.I can truly say that I have never been treated as well as I have been by Helen & Kevin.

Absolutely brilliant. I took my father of 91 in to Clear Hear Solutions because he was always saying A or what I can't hear you and a bit wobbly on his feet. It was very well organised as soon as we walked in the door. Helen was very professional in her job. I could not believe the wax Helen took out of both of my father's ears. I went to clear hear solutions for myself. I felt something odd in my ear and Helen's team helper had a look at both of my ears and pulled out a hard bit of wax out of one which felt really good and now my ears feel clear and clean. I was referred to Clear Hear Solutions by Specsavers as they currently do not have anyone who can perform microsuction.
I booked an appointment online which was very easy. The appointment itself was very quick and painless and resolved my hearing problem immediately.
If you have a new hearing problem I cannot recommend Clear Hear Solutions enough. The Audiologist is fully qualified and very helpful explaining everything as she works.
