Thoroughly recommend Alison the audiologist at Hear Clear Solutions in Bridgewater. I was on holiday in Somerset and the timely advice and support I received was exceptional.

I was referred to Clear Hear Solutions by Specsavers as they currently do not have anyone who can perform microsuction.
I booked an appointment online which was very easy. The appointment itself was very quick and painless and resolved my hearing problem immediately.
If you have a new hearing problem I cannot recommend Clear Hear Solutions enough. The Audiologist is fully qualified and very helpful explaining everything as she works.

I very recently visited Clear Hear Solutions to be fitted with new top-of-the-range hearing aids after having had a previous hearing test. I was offered the top Starkey aids with OVER a £1000 discount (this is a limited time discount). I have had the aids for a couple of days and am delighted with them.I have had aids for over 20 years and have had considerable experience with audiologists N.H.S and private both in the U.K. and also in France where I lived for 6 years.I can truly say that I have never been treated as well as I have been by Helen & Kevin.

I called Clear Hear solutions at 6pm on Friday evening as my right ear had completely blocked and we were going abroad the next day so I was desperate for some help. Helen very kindly fitted me in first thing the next morning (Saturday). Helen and her colleague were extremely friendly and Helen immediately put me at ease. Within 10 minutes my ears were completely clear. I’m so so grateful! I am now able to enjoy my holiday! I can’t thank Helen enough 😊

My partner was totally deaf after returning from our holidays and in awful pain. Appt booked online 20 minutes later lots of wax removed and he's totally a different person. This place is amazing and worth every penny. If your suffering the don't pop along and get seen. You won't regret it.

Clear Hear Solutions was recommend to me by friends as they had had excellent service from Helen and her team. I was impressed by the professionalism of both. Procedures were explained and carried out carefully. I didn't have any wax causing hearing loss so I was invited to take a sound test from which I was given a graph. Helen described the outcome of the test and suggested ways forward. I have made an appointment to have a more detailed hearing test with Clear Hear Solutions in January.

My ears were uncomfortable for days so I decided to make an appointment, by which point I started to experience pain. I found the staff here to be very knowledgable and thorough. A little suction tool was used and removed all of the build up and I left feeling great. Thank you!!

Easy to book, no nonsense, quick, polite, exuded confidence in her job, I can highly recommend.

Visited with my teenage son. Parked easily, welcomed in to the premises and he had a pleasant consultation with Helen. His ear had spontaneously shed the wax plug before the appointment but Helen checked him over anyway, gave advice and then sent us away without any charge because he is under 18. Thank you very much, we will definitely return if/when we need to.

OMG. Don't even bother with the Doctors anymore. This will be the best £50 you've ever spent. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Absolutely painless, quick and simple. No messy water dripping all over you. Helen was brilliant and talked me though the whole process. In and out in no time and with squeaky clean ears.

Called to arrange an appointment at 9.45AM and was given one for 11.15 the same day, Arrived early and was seen within 5 minutes. Problem sorted and very happy with service-many thanks.
