I very recently visited Clear Hear Solutions to be fitted with new top-of-the-range hearing aids after having had a previous hearing test. What a great service. The lady (Helen?) was lovely and very helpful and explained everything really well. I was surprised at how easy and comfortable the earwax removal process was...and I have noticed a return of some higher frequencies to my hearing range. I highly recommend Clear Hear Solutions.

I booked online in the evening for an appointment the next morning. Nowhere else Ive tried has that kind of availability.They were there for me even though I was half an hour late!An examination found my ears to be wax free, and I was then given clear and in depth advice on what further steps to take.

Very easy process from start (booking the appointment) to finish (treatment). The team were really pleasant and professional. Helen took time to explain what she was doing and also why you shouldn't use cotton buds (mine have gone in the bin). I was in the chair for less than 10 min and my problematic ear feels a lot clearer. Would definitely recommend.

I wouldn't say I was impressed with the results but that doesn't mean to say CHS did anything wrong. Pretty 'meh'

I booked in last week to have my ears sorted both ears extremely blocked sorted out one ear on the day the other had to be sorted a few days later, I was so happy with the service I received talked me through absolutely everything and reassured me finally a sigh of relief as I can hear again

Superb visit. The gentleman I saw made me feel at ease ,very easy to talk to .I was given first class care ,plenty of time with helpful explanations both verbal & with diagrams which help so much .I have see Helen before & she was excellent removing ear wax so easily .
We first went to Clear Hear Solutions with my 92 year old father in law they were so accommodating kind & caring improving his hearing &way of life so much .Highly recommend them both .

Helen gave my partner a friendly and competent ear wax removal service. His tinnitus has now also greatly improved.We were both made very welcome.

Very efficient service and staff were professional and friendly. One issue though is that I would rather not have seen the wax in the drum that contained everyone else’s wax that the machine had extracted. Please hide it away or cover up as it made me feel squeamish.

Excellent service, received a full explanation of what would happen and possible side effects, (although none occurred). Kept informed of what was happening during treatment. I was deaf in one ear before treatment and now have good hearing in both. N.B. although the hearing in my other ear appeared fine it also had a large quantity of impacted wax which was also removed.

Visited with my teenage son. Parked easily, welcomed in to the premises and he had a pleasant consultation with Helen. His ear had spontaneously shed the wax plug before the appointment but Helen checked him over anyway, gave advice and then sent us away without any charge because he is under 18. Thank you very much, we will definitely return if/when we need to.
