Absolutely brilliant. I took my father of 91 in to Clear Hear Solutions because he was always saying A or what I can't hear you and a bit wobbly on his feet. It was very well organised as soon as we walked in the door. Helen was very professional in her job. I could not believe the wax Helen took out of both of my father's ears. I went to clear hear solutions for myself. I felt something odd in my ear and Helen's team helper had a look at both of my ears and pulled out a hard bit of wax out of one which felt really good and now my ears feel clear and clean. I visited Clear Hear Solutions due to blocked ears - a result of Covid. It was so easy to book online and the response was quick.Helen explained everything that was going to happen which was reassuring. Very easy process from start (booking the appointment) to finish (treatment). The team were really pleasant and professional. Helen took time to explain what she was doing and also why you shouldn't use cotton buds (mine have gone in the bin). I was in the chair for less than 10 min and my problematic ear feels a lot clearer. Would definitely recommend.

After suffering with an ear infection and feeling like the doctors weren’t taking me seriously, I took to Google and found this place. Helen was super accommodating and gave me a same day appointment, even staying open later for me. She was able to remove the debris from my ear and give me advice for my next appointment with the GP. She explained the process, made me feel very comfortable and gave me instant relief. I cannot thank Helen enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Such amazing service from start to finish. I was in so much pain with my ear, could hardly hear, couldn’t sleep, was just getting me down. My dad was lucky enough to find this place, he rang up & they managed to fit me in on that day, which I am forever grateful for . Can’t fault the staff both lovely & friendly such a warm welcome 😊 left the place pain free & able to hear. Will definitely use them in the future. 5* service 🌟👍🏼

Very efficient service and staff were professional and friendly. One issue though is that I would rather not have seen the wax in the drum that contained everyone else’s wax that the machine had extracted. Please hide it away or cover up as it made me feel squeamish.

Walked in after discovering that the doctor no longer syringe your ears - and didn’t no Clear Hear Solutions existed-got an appointment straight away after calling in on the offf chance, and was dealt with with care and compassion with everything that was going on explained in detail. Sorted my blocked ear canal effectively and took time to do so

Really friendly people! I used to get my ears done at hospital but they have now stopped offering this service but I find Clear hear as good as the hospital. Quick and easy solution to wax build up.
