I have had problems for months in one ear. Tried all the traditional methods and was sent on my way by the doctors. Popped in to see Helen today and was surprised the amount removed out of the problematic ear. Feels so very strange right now as it has been some time. My Mum required further wax removal today.
Yet again Helen came up trumps, taking her time to help Mum relax to be able to perform this sensitive procedure. Thank you Helen for taking your time to look after Mum, it means alot.
My mum had her ears micro-suctioned today.
She was nervous as her ears are sensitive and was concerned the procedure would hurt her.
Helen was brilliant, she explained every stage and put mum at ease. If mum flinched she would stop until mum was ready to go again.

Highly recommend coming here for any hearing issues. Friendly, attentive and pain free treatment that resolved my issue very quickly and provided great relief.

I very recently visited Clear Hear Solutions to be fitted with new top-of-the-range hearing aids after having had a previous hearing test. I was offered the top Starkey aids with OVER a £1000 discount (this is a limited time discount). I have had the aids for a couple of days and am delighted with them.I have had aids for over 20 years and have had considerable experience with audiologists N.H.S and private both in the U.K. and also in France where I lived for 6 years.I can truly say that I have never been treated as well as I have been by Helen & Kevin.

I am a local GP and was recently suffering with some acute hearing loss. As I only have one functioning ear this was causing me some concern. I cannot recommend this place enough. Such amazing service from start to finish. I was in so much pain with my ear, could hardly hear, couldn’t sleep, was just getting me down. My dad was lucky enough to find this place, he rang up & they managed to fit me in on that day, which I am forever grateful for . Went for treatment today since becoming nearly deaf last week. They went above and beyond to remove very impacted wax. I went in practically deaf and came out with perfect hearing. Very professional.
