If I only could give more than 5 stars... If you read the reviews like I did before booking, and read all the good stuff, well it's "more" than true. I just got home from my appointment and I won't write about this or about procedure, you can check their website and find what interests you, or give them a call. Also you can book an appointment through their website. I just want to say that they are both professionals, helpful and lovely. Thank you Clear hear solutions!!

You would get 5 stars if you stocked etc my aids so I could get them serviced by you

Helen fitted my teenage son in for a microsuction appointment at short notice (next day) which relieved his discomfort wonderfully where other potential providers in the area were reluctant to assist a teenager even though in great discomfort. Polite, friendly, and puts you at ease. Thank you Helen, you're an Angel....

Had some wax in both ears, and an issue with my left ear where wax was making a crackling sound against my ear drum when I heard a loudish sound. Happy to say after a quick 3 minute suction session it was removed painlessly and as an added bonus I can hear high frequencies again. Thanks!

My Mum required further wax removal today.
Yet again Helen came up trumps, taking her time to help Mum relax to be able to perform this sensitive procedure. Thank you Helen for taking your time to look after Mum, it means alot.
My mum had her ears micro-suctioned today.
She was nervous as her ears are sensitive and was concerned the procedure would hurt her.
Helen was brilliant, she explained every stage and put mum at ease. If mum flinched she would stop until mum was ready to go again.
It was a very positive experience for mum and I can only thank Helen for her time and patience, and caring nature.

I am a local GP and was recently suffering with some acute hearing loss. As I only have one functioning ear this was causing me some concern. I was able to organise a same day audiometry exam and was given some very useful advice. Same day hearing back! Very professional service. Many thanks again from a very grateful customer.

Along with the advice that’ many people probably won’t notice you are wearing them’! So very true! I tested it out with my daughter, have had them almost a year now and my daughter still hasn’t noticed them!

I had earwax removed today. The team were friendly and very thorough. It's wonderful to hear clearly again, after a gradual decline and recent sudden deafness in one ear. The procedure was gentle and so very effective. Thank you.

My ears were uncomfortable for days so I decided to make an appointment, by which point I started to experience pain. I found the staff here to be very knowledgable and thorough. A little suction tool was used and removed all of the build up and I left feeling great. Thank you!!

Had problems with ear wax. Went for a appointment. staff very friendly and very happy with results.

Excellent service, received a full explanation of what would happen and possible side effects, (although none occurred). Kept informed of what was happening during treatment. I was deaf in one ear before treatment and now have good hearing in both. N.B. although the hearing in my other ear appeared fine it also had a large quantity of impacted wax which was also removed.

what a pleasant appointment at the audiologist today! the man (don't know his name!) was friendly, professional and incredibly informative. after checking my ears, he honestly told me i didn't need microsuction, even recommending a product without pushing a sale. he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which we really appreciated.
my partner had one ear treated, and the care was excellent. it's refreshing to find a healthcare professional who prioritises patient needs over unnecessary treatments. highly recommend this audiologist for their integrity and skill!👂🏼🌟

We recently visited Hear Clear Solutions as my husband (who is wheelchair bound) lost his hearing in one ear. After inspecting his ear, Helen used micro-suction to clear the ear, and he now has regained his hearing. The team at Clear Hear were really accommodating - they put out a ramp so that we could get into the clinic and help us navigate my husband’s (very big) wheelchair within the clinic. The price was very reasonable and we were very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Went for treatment today since becoming nearly deaf last week. They went above and beyond to remove very impacted wax. I went in practically deaf and came out with perfect hearing. Very professional. Easy to book an appointment online, with an email confirmation afterwards. Friendly, professional service - I didn't need what I'd initially booked in for, so was given good, clear advice on what my symptoms could mean and how to alleviate them. I'd definitely recommend this business.

Second time here. Exactly as last time, superb service, easy booking via the web site, no waiting for an appointment and excellent care during the procedure and with a follow up appointment. I highly recommend them.

I was really impressed with the service I received, was great to get a next day appointment, would recommend Clear Hear Solutions and would not hesitate to use them again.

Clear Hear Solutions was recommend to me by friends as they had had excellent service from Helen and her team. I was impressed by the professionalism of both. Procedures were explained and carried out carefully. I didn't have any wax causing hearing loss so I was invited to take a sound test from which I was given a graph. Helen described the outcome of the test and suggested ways forward. I have made an appointment to have a more detailed hearing test with Clear Hear Solutions in January.

Brilliant short notice emergency service, called Saturday 8.15 am, had a same day appointment at 10.30 am, was out of there at 10.45 am. Fantastic, wonderful, fabulous and totally relieved that I could hear again!
