Visited with my teenage son. Parked easily, welcomed in to the premises and he had a pleasant consultation with Helen. His ear had spontaneously shed the wax plug before the appointment but Helen checked him over anyway, gave advice and then sent us away without any charge because he is under 18. Thank you very much, we will definitely return if/when we need to.

I felt like my ears were heavy and had some ear wax in them so I went on google and found this local company. Had been to the doctors before to get them rinsed but this is far better. Managed to clean them out without too much hassle, didn’t have to use ear wax prior to going. Turns out I still have some hearing issues which has stemmed from childhood.

Brilliant service from very nice people. Quick and easy, everything explained clearly so I was totally relaxed. And best of all - my 'pixie ' narrow ear canals were micro vacuumed of ghastly earwax and I could hear again ! ! Worth every penny
