I called Clear Hear solutions at 6pm on Friday evening as my right ear had completely blocked and we were going abroad the next day so I was desperate for some help. Helen very kindly fitted me in first thing the next morning (Saturday). Helen and her colleague were extremely friendly and Helen immediately put me at ease. Within 10 minutes my ears were completely clear. I’m so so grateful! I am now able to enjoy my holiday! I can’t thank Helen enough 😊

What a great service. The lady (Helen?) was lovely and very helpful and explained everything really well. I received excellent treatment for ear wax removal today. An impressive online booking system, very quick appointment with good choice of times. Helen is very knowledgeable and gave a lot of help and advice as well as successful removal of troublesome ear wax.

I am a local GP and was recently suffering with some acute hearing loss. As I only have one functioning ear this was causing me some concern. I was able to organise a same day audiometry exam and was given some very useful advice. Same day hearing back! Very professional service. Many thanks again from a very grateful customer.

Helen fitted my teenage son in for a microsuction appointment at short notice (next day) which relieved his discomfort wonderfully where other potential providers in the area were reluctant to assist a teenager even though in great discomfort.
