I booked online in the evening for an appointment the next morning. Nowhere else Ive tried has that kind of availability.They were there for me even though I was half an hour late!An examination found my ears to be wax free, and I was then given clear and in depth advice on what further steps to take.

Could not get my ears syringed by my surgery who suggested Specsavers who also don't, but they recommended Clear Hear Solutions. Managed to get a same day appointment in Bridgwater. The staff were very professional and helpful and within 20 minutes my ear was cleared, and my hearing returned to normal. I was also given some good advice regarding ear protection in the water as I surf through the winter months. Would highly recommend Clear Hear Solutions.Thank you for allowing me to listen to my music in stereo now.

After suffering with an ear infection and feeling like the doctors weren’t taking me seriously, I took to Google and found this place. Helen was super accommodating and gave me a same day appointment, even staying open later for me. She was able to remove the debris from my ear and give me advice for my next appointment with the GP. She explained the process, made me feel very comfortable and gave me instant relief. I cannot thank Helen enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Excellent customer service. Punctual timing for appointment. Both ears cleared of wax plus advice regarding Eustachian tube blockage and middle ear catarrh.

Due to a bad experience with another company I was extremely anxious at my visit. Helen put me totally at ease and told me everything she was going to do and talked through everything while she was doing the procedure.
I will not be so anxious if I need to visit again.

I visited Clear Hear Solutions due to blocked ears - a result of Covid. It was so easy to book online and the response was quick.Helen explained everything that was going to happen which was reassuring. The whole procedure took 20 minutes and I could feel immediately a difference with my ears, and more importantly, no pain, no blockage and no muffled hearing. My ears were uncomfortable for days so I decided to make an appointment, by which point I started to experience pain. I found the staff here to be very knowledgable and thorough. A little suction tool was used and removed all of the build up and I left feeling great. Thank you!!

Absolutely brilliant. I took my father of 91 in to Clear Hear Solutions because he was always saying A or what I can't hear you and a bit wobbly on his feet. It was very well organised as soon as we walked in the door. Helen was very professional in her job. I could not believe the wax Helen took out of both of my father's ears. My father doesn't feel so wobbly on his feet and his hearing has improved tremendously. We'll worth the money. Will highly recommend. Thank you Helen and staff. 👂👂👍👍

I went to clear hear solutions for myself. I felt something odd in my ear and Helen's team helper had a look at both of my ears and pulled out a hard bit of wax out of one which felt really good and now my ears feel clear and clean. Having been recommended about .this practice we made the round trip of 160 miles to attend our appointment.The clinic explained the procedure fully and went the extra mile to ensure that both ears were fully cleansed.I compliment them on their service and expertise and would recommend anybody with similar problems to make a visit

After messing about with various ear oils etc, I used the ear cleaning service at Clear Hear Solutions. They were very professional, explained carefully and then went on to clear both of my ears after months of poor hearing. Eureka....I can hear clearly again. Thank you so much.

Excellent Service from start to finish. My hearing problem was sorted out very quickly. I now have a set of personalised ear plugs which I can now use at various events, without worrying about deafness and sore ear drums.

I booked in last week to have my ears sorted both ears extremely blocked sorted out one ear on the day the other had to be sorted a few days later, I was so happy with the service I received talked me through absolutely everything and reassured me finally a sigh of relief as I can hear again
